That is not true, if you haven't noticed.. trow NEVER talk to mortals except VERY powerful ones (like D, who's hardly a mortal) and in very rare instances (like in Antero's Bestiary). And perhaps The Faceless Man did NOT work for Connacht, but at one point did something bad to a city or something, and everyone assumed he was a fallen lord, this would also explain not having been seen much, if ever during the Great War.
