Why's that? The Trow know a lot of things they don't bother to tell the Humans, considering that each and every one of them has been around since the dawn of time.
Besides, who's to say that the Trow would know the Faceless Man was Mazzarin reincarnated? They may have just known that he (the Faceless Man) was one of Connacht's Avatara. Or maybe that "faceless man" in the comic IS Mazzarin, and he died near the end of the Wind Age, fighting alongside Connacht; only to be reincarnated (or use an Extra Lives spell; surely he knew it) and become The Faceless Man.

How do we know that he was the least? Maybe he just stayed out of the spotlight and worked his will from behind the lines.

I agree, I think he's the Faceless Man too. Maybe they both are; on page 11 as an Avatara, and on page 5 as a Fallen Lord.
