: Alright, you said make a new character so I jumped at a
: Heron Guard, course he is considered Deathless so
: how do living units of extreme age handle skill
: points?
: Mind you they may be considered to be hundreds of years
: old, but the halt-aging spell on them halts any
: negative aging effects, like loss of memory and lack
: of dexterity, etc. I understand if this class will not
: be possible either, but I should recommend some type
: of fast fix if the main guardians of the Cath Bruig
: Empire are not able to be implemented.

You can be a Heron Guard. It would be a lot easier if you had only just joined, that way you could have a normal amount of skill points. If you really want to be many years old then here's what I suggest: You take the age you were when the halt ageing spell was used on you and you use that for normal skills (note that you will gain age x 30 skill points per full year of heron guard training that may only be spent on things they would train). For the years after your age was halted, you gain 1pt per 10 years. Remember that unless you are a REALLY old Heron from before the Great War, you will only have been in the guard for about 4 years (if you joined up straight after the Soulblighter war).
