I am fairly certain that Muirthmne was still in ruins when the legion showed up to kick Herod out of it.
You are right about Tandom. I Had forgotten that a journal entry mentioned that Shiver had "crushed all resistance in the west." My apologies.

I was referring to a different city than Strand. I may not have spelled it right. If you look at one of soulblighters flavor texts you will see the city mentioned. Apparently he obliterated it during the Great War.
