: That is absolutely ridiculous.
"I've said this before, Lord Derek...and now that mouth of yours is finally going to get you killed. Forrest, teach this cur a lesson!"
Oh, wait, he already did.
Good god, man! Are you out to alienate *everyone* in the forum? Work off your aggression in Scrabble tournaments, not the Asylum (what do you think this place is for, the insane? heh). Trust me, you get enough angry, obscenity-filled emails just hanging out on the Net; you don't need to invite them.
: Then how come ghols and other units using the ammo can
: pick them up? I know for sure ghols dont have some
: kind of magic to pick up things safely. They're just
: big shaven monkeys with cleavers.
Eh (<--look folks! a genyoowine Forrest mannerism!), they're pretty skilled monkeys. They can pick up a smoking dwarf bottle and carry it around without it exploding, and they can pick up pus-covered wight parts without being paralyzed. Either they have some sort of magic protection (the "Latex Glove Dream"), or they're nimble enough with their sacks not to have to touch what they carry and throw to their skin. Either way, they can get around a "spontaneous combustion" problem. But they probably would want to carry them for a long ways (e.g. from a Shade-staffed dream factory) for safety's sake.
: no...she knew she was going to die cuz myrdred had her
: stuck, so she prepared to have her ultimate revenge.
Actually, it might fit better if it was completely accidental. After all, Myrdred can outthink Ravanna six ways from Sunday; if she actually planned revenge, he would probably have caught wind of it. It would be awful ironic if he was prepared for her to execute some elaborate revenge scheme and she managed to catch him off guard just by blowing up accidentally.
: They dont cancel it because dispersal dream almost
: "takes to living form" as it rips through
: everything near it. All they can do is initiate it.
I agree that avatara can't cancel it, but the Fallen Lords had Balor's power backing them up. Who knows what they could do? The dispersal dreams must have some limitations; the avatara don't have infinite power. There's got to be some reason why the huge Dark armies weren't destroyed with a couple of Dreams.
Now look what you made me do. Your tone made me defend every suggestion Saradin made without thinking about whether I actually agreed with him or not. See how counterproductive it is?
