An eRPG would be an RPG played via email, or the internet in some form. As for the eRPGs that people are talking about here, I know that at least one will not be based on GURPS but on the author's on system.

Ahh... those are called "Fighting Fantasy" books over here in Canada (unless he's put out a new series, I haven't really read one in several years) They're a good introduction to the fantasy genre but I wouldn't really call them role-playing. The good thing about role-playing, though, is that it's not hard to learn. You just have to have a good imagination and be able to pretend you're someone else and act like it :)

An asylum is where insane people were locked up. The implication is that if we're here discussing the Myth plot in great depth, we must all be insane :) BTW they don't call them asylums any more, since the term "asylum" has connotations of filth, squalor, misery, suffering, forcible inhumane imprisonment, and stuff like that.
