I really am not sure what you're talking about when you say "why he needs to disappear in order to teleport." As far as I can tell, anyone who teleports disappears. That's the nature of teleporting--they disappear, and reappear somewhere else.
Anyway, I'm not going to keep arguing this--I can't prove you wrong if you keep on inventing powers that the Deceiver possesses. I'll just close by saying: you don't got a shred of evidence.
