: The main problem I see is that GURPS says the bre'Unor
: have never been observed to speak civilized languages.
: I see nothing about Antero that would cause them to
: make an exception. lso, there's nothing in GURPS that
: would indicate they would not kill someone when given
: the chance. Unfortunately, this wrecks the premise for
: the journal entry.
Hrm, if it specifically says they don't speak civilized languages wouldn't that imply they have some kind of uncivilized language? Read the part again about the fir'Bolg guide. All communication is through him.
: As far as your story, it assumes b'Ylaggo has real power,
: but there's nothing wrong with that.
Nope, the bre'Unor (of course) say he does. These maps will include bre'Unor wielding b'Y'laggo powerz but this is the bre'Unor's story reenacted. Antero's student said he is not one to judge the story's validity, he is merely recording it.
Also, to clear things up: This is not a journal entry. This is the backstory, to be included in the readme.
