: Well, as you may have noticed, I sropped the cloaking
: theory awhile back. While its a possiblity, we were
: arguing the Deceiver's intentions, which was sparked
: by your belief that the D wanted to rule the Dark.
No, I didn't notice 'cause you didn't say so...
: Plus, as you had said earlier, if the D suited up as
: Balor and everyone could see this and questions would
: be raised such as" How si it that there are two
: Balors?" then wouldn't others see the D telling
: Alric his plan to overthrow Balor? Letting the info
: slip is a fool-proof way of doing this and he can't be
: blamed for mutiny.
So, wait...what does "letting the info slip" mean now? Does that mean he WAS the interrogator? Does it mean he was allies with Alric? Was Balor the interrogator? Now that you've switched theories, you'll have to tell me what it is.
: Also, the Last Battle is a special case. Balor is not
: human, he's a devine being bent on destruction. He
: won't make tactical mistakes but when confronted with
: something that still is important to him through
: another lifetime, he will react with rage and contempt
: for whomever raises the past.
I'm not sure if you're still arguing that this is instrumental to your theory, but it's your insistence that "the Last Battle is a special case" that highlights the error in your thinking. Why is it so unique? Why can it not be duplicated? Because the Leveler is a "divine being?" You speculate that that means he "won't make tactical mistakes," but that's baseless speculation. Besides, if he were as perfect as you are implying, why would he be vulnerable to having his emotions played upon?
: Of course, but it still stands that Alric was not
: attacked at all. The intention was not to kill him.
What? Look, if all five of your guys die, Alric is left standing there, saying "this is just great." Next we see the post game, where he's lying dead. How did he become dead? (He was ATTACKED and killed...)
