Two other possibilities: Culwyeh eventually changed her name to Ravanna, met Balor, and died during the Great War; then she was reanimated by Balor as Shiver, and fought until Rabican spanked her.

Or--I'm right and they're completely different people. I mean, has Myth ever talked about multiple contemporary incarnations of the same person? The fact that the theory of Shiver's and Ravanna's identity requires that big ol' addition to Myth religion suggests that it's incorrect. Suggests it at the top of its voice. With a megaphone. While waving large semaphore flags. Okay, I'm sick of this hyperbolic metaphor (or metaphorical hyperbole). God, I need sleep.
