And here I go, breaking my vow not to answer... :)

Let's see, the sentence is, "It could be that Shiver and she are the same, Shiver was on her second and third lives in Balor's and Soulblighter's wars respectively, and the last Fallen Lord has yet to be revealed!" Now I haven't yet taken Rhetoric 1B, but I don't see any grammatically valid way of parsing this that doesn't take "It could be that" as modifying everything else in the sentence. Neither Shiver's identity with Ravanna nor the existence of another Fallen Lord are definitely asserted.
