: Hey, that's a pretty cool idea? There are rocks lying
: around all over the place on most maps, so the Jmen
: could use them as ammo. Though, can a unit carry two
: types of thing, roots and rocks, at the same time? And
: how to distinguish which you want to use? There's only
: one special action key.

: Or maybe just have the "attack" sequence show
: them digging something up first, then throwing it.

I hadn't really thought it through past "they swing their shovel and a rock flies out." How about they have a carried projectile attack, like Ghols? They dig up rocks or wight bits or whatever, then tote them around on their shovels. And, like Ghols, they auto-throw if they're carrying anything when commanded to attack. They hurl their objects about twice as fast as a Ghol does, though, so they can do some serious damage.

To further differentiate them from Ghols, you could place a lot of rocks on the levels with Jmen, and make them do more damage than most thrown projectiles. If you wanted to spend a lot of time on it, you could make the rocks large-sized projectiles, change all the other large projectiles to unwieldy, and set the Jman carried projectile preference to large. That way Ghols couldn't use the rocks, and Jmen couldn't use anything else.

What think you, Monsieur Wellington?
