"Patron of the Hanged" is Soulblighter's title. Shiver is called the "mother of plagues," but not as an official title.

Actually, GURPS says that the shades' dream might be a separate one, given that it looks a bit different. But yeah, probably the Dispersal Dream runestone is the most easily accessible of the stones in Myth. It seems like all the major sorcerers know it.
