: and says there is one more. If Shiver is not the
: Voiceless One, that makes seven.
The GURPS counted Balor as one of the fallen, so that could be what they ment. However there is a sub section of the dark lords that talks about Mazzerin. I am assuming that the shade (one of them anyway) you kill in "The Watcher" in tfl is the shade of the same. So I ask this, would he have counted as a fallen lord even though he was undead? On acount of his amazing powers in life.
