That's what I'd think, except that it's apparently an offshoot of their ability to eat anything. If even the fragile mucous membranes in their mouth and digestive systems can block the toxins, it's unlikely that the skin over most of their body would be more vulnerable. Unless their saliva contains some sort of neutralizing agent. Damn, I wish bio classes got to dissect Ghols.
