Yep. Though interestingly enough, while I was working on updating the page with unimplemented Myth II features, I noticed that Balmung is called "13 magic sword", indicating that it was intended to be on the level "The Deciever". What the significance of this is, I don't yet know.

I can't think of anything which contradicts it, so I guess it's a possibility, yeah. It actually makes sense.
