Gee, funny no-one mentions it... "Hey by the way, we killed the Deceiver!"
It's just as ridiculous to say that a volcano erupting 300 miles away causes a river to melt... This must be one extremely abnormal volcano any way you look at it.
The thing is, the two mysterious Fallen Lords are NEVER mentioned ANYWHERE in the entire game, and ALL we know about them comes from the manual and innaccurate pre-release info. I could just as well claim that Madrigal was sacked by b'y'Laggo or a Dirigible squad. It seems pretty ridiculous to ME to claim they sacked Madrigal.
