Right,
And trust me, SB could not move an army in the one week he had since he "vanished after weeks of shadowing [the legion]" to the time Madrigal fell. According to Myth2, it takes months to get to Madrigal on foot from the foothills, and Sb also has the barrier and the cloudspine to cross! Sure, he could get there pretty fast, but there is no freakin' way to get a large city-sacking army over there unless you really try to reach ("yeah, well, he just killed the fetch and flew over there and summoned them back!")
As for the other two Fallen Lords, we know absolutely nothing about them. To claim that THEY sacked Madrigal is ridiculous.
