: I'm not sure what fishermen are supposed to have to do
: with the Drowned Kingdom, but since gryphons are not
: actually featured or spoken of in the games or
: associated texts, although they are in the prerelease
: materials, they're what I call
: "pseudocanon", which is better than what
: Myth 3 and GURPS are, but still not proper canon.
By the fishmen, I ment the naga-like creatures that were dropped out before the release, so I guess they ain't really a part of the myth world anymore. The Skrael they were if I correctly remember.
: Just Myth III. Also, a quick search of the Encyclopedia
: here shows that the canon games don't actually mention
: Spider Gods at all... I think I might have made that
: up (as part of my Principia Mythica ).
Cool, I read principia myhthica some time ago, and it seems plausible. Great induction / deduction.
: We don't know for sure who did, but my theory is the
: Smiths of Muirthemne (or similar Dwarven techno-mages)
: did it, since Dwarves seem surprising adept with Knot
: tech (to in-game characters even: on Beyond The
: Cloudspine the narrator writes "Garrick believes
: there is a World Knot directly west of us on the other
: side of the Cloudspine. Although it was destroyed
: during the Great War, the Dwarves seem confident they
: will be able to repair it. This I will have to see for
: myself.").
1. Do we any get any other information about the Mahir, except for the flavor text? They seems creepy, I heard they had models for them for myth TFL but AFAIK the were never used, though their flavor texts remain.
2. I guess we never get to know were Scholomance was? Where the warlocks come from. My guess could be the untamed lands. Was the Summoner one of the warlocks, since the Deceiver seemed to know him.
