You're confusing architecture with religion. It really bugs me when people do things like that. Like, calling all people of Hebrew descent "Jews" - they're not neccesarily Jews, they might be Muslims or Hindus or atheists! Just because most Hebrews are Jews doesn't mean they all are. And people used to call white men "Christians", as opposed to all other-colored "pagans", even though some colored people were Christians and some white people were pagans.
Likewise, the architecture and general style of the Myth world is pre-Gothic European (Roman Catholic style), but that doesn't mean that the people are actually Christians - and considering that in the Myth world, Earth history has no meaning and Jesus was never born, it's infinitely more unlikely.
