i think that culweh has something to do with daughter of flood and famine. that seems to be a title for a god, not a person. i always associated culwyeh with old gods because she is not wyrd of nyx, but is also not a main character, nor is she mentionioned in any shiver flavor texts. plus, it seems to work as the name of a god.
