What I meant by Bonesplitter being her Myrm name is, the Myrmidons apparently had (or at some point took on) 'deathly' battle-names for themselves, as we see them named in TFL. "Bonesplitter" is in the same name format, which makes sense if Shiver was a Myrm.
And The Faceless Man is most definitely not Soulblighter. They are listed separately in the only place that ever even mentions the name "the Faceless Man", so there's no way they were intended to be the same person.

That doesn't answer how the cities were "melting into the ice", though, nor how Connacht managed to get all the Trow into the basements of Rhi'anon in order to seal them in there. Yes the Trow cities melted, we all agree to that, but what does "into the ice" mean? And yes the Trow were trapped in the basements of Rhi'anon, we all agree to that, but why were they in the basements to begin with? Those are the unresolved questions in this area.
