i think that for the sake of m3, and m2 that ravanaa was her myrm name and bonesplitter was one of the others. the faceless man is soulblighter from prerelease and the voiceless one is the other fallen lord we never see.

i care. the cities were made of solid iron, and therefore were melted by the sun hammer, hence all of the rusty water and everything there. also, being trapped behind a solid sheet of iron would definitly keep the trow trapped. later, balor could still have possesed the sun hammer to melt the iron again and let them out. also, the sun hammer could be that cool weapon he has in m1 because he is the only case where we see that cool lightning from above.
