: Soulblighter was really the Hero of the Sword Age, and
: Alric is the true Leveller?
A good sequel to myth 2 could involve this premiss with Heron Gestapo (sp?) kicking down doors and shit: powerful nobles are framed as "sorcerers" (as the Baron was) as Alric consolidates his power, instituting an emperor-worshiping theocracy and taxing his peasants to death. Eventually Alric's razing and torture of entire villages for nonpayment of taxes begins to weigh heavily on the Legion's minds, instigating a coup: but Alric, with Big D's help, raises an army of Undead and TRO KIKZ. The legion, chased out of civilization and forced to eek out a hunted living deep in forrest heart meet a young ascetic who, on the verge of fasting to death, had a sudden vision calling him back from the abyss and telling him of Soulblighters true identity as the avatar of the age (in this version an avatar/hero of the age is an incarnation of wyrd explaining why there were multiple avatara in tfl) and so the legion sets off in a tflesque desperate scramble for Soulblighters heart that the young ascetic hopes to have implanted within him, thus becoming the hero of the age... or is he seeking the heart of Damas for alterior motives?
