: What is the religion of myth.
Something involving multiple gods. We know of Nyx, Wyrd, the Leveller and b'Y'llago.

I don't think this is the case. They're based on the Romans, but don't follow them precisely. From what we saw in Antero's Bestiary, I doubt they have other gods.

Keep in mind that Myth isn't a direct parallel of European history, it's inspired by it. As far as I can tell, the people of the West worship Wyrd. They have many resemblances to Christian civilization because they are largely based on the French and English, with Berserks based on Vikings and Celts.

Belief in the cycle doesn't preclude belief in gods. The avatara must have some ties with Wyrd as they use his magic. (Myth GURPS)

We don't really need evidence for this as it says so in the manual. I think Muirthemne got sacked while the Heron were off fighting the province in the west.

It was 100 years ago.

I think the west had been part of the Cath Bruig, and they split up in a civil war. They had probably had strained rlations for awhile before that.

If both had attacked him back then, maybe. By the time of Myth: TFL, the armies of Muirthemne are wiped out except the journeymen, who did fight alongside the westerners. They got their act together after losing their capital.

I think it was just the Smiths that worshipped the spider-gods. I have no idea what the rest of the dwarves believe.
