: taken that long for Tyr to fall, assuming the Fallen
: took the southern parts of the Province (Scales and
: such) before marching on Covenant.

Scales was still in light hands, during Force Ten from Stoneheim.
Methinks no-one knew what was going on...
The Cath Bruig took 100 years to fall, the Province hadn't fell to the Cath Bruig so 17 years isn't too much of a leap.
