: they were made of clay. plus they get stoned and kind
: of dust-off, instead of spark, when struck by attacks.
even so, all those big iron buildings, iron weapons and armor and iron temples still is enough for them to be rusty red.
I never really got the whole iron clay thing it seems to contradict, they love iron, they were forged but the comic references them as clay... eehhh maybe they are just a clay/rock that has a lot of iron mixture.
