I just have one question -
Where are all these people getting off calling him "the Wyrd"? Wyrd is the name of a God in Myth. He's not "the Wyrd", he is Wyrd. That's his name. I'm not "the Forrest", I'm just Forrest.
Is there somewhere (in Myth III? online somewhere?) where people get off calling him "the" Wyrd?
Even from the etymological viewpoint of "wyrd" as the personification of fate (i.e. "the wyrd sisters" of 'fire burn and cauldron bubble' fame), Wyrd was still the personification's name: the same way one would speak of Fate as a person, not "the Fate" (though one might say "the Fates" if they are to be taken as plural, but even still that's not "the fate").
