From what I can remember, Croaker was early to mid-thirties when The Black Company started. Not necessarily 'old', but not exactly young either. He's most definitely battle-wearied. He complains about it non-stop. :-p
Yeah, Civ 2 and its accursed cheats menu. I can't get into Civ 3 though. Just lacks something.
