In Response To: Myrmidons (Long! sorry) (MrFang)

I'd never noticed the irony there. The Myrmidon were great warriors, but lacked immortality- and the Heron Guard (great warriors in themselves) were immortal. Balor/Connacht would have been accutely aware of this, having had involvement with the Heron Guard himself (and if he didn't, Damas/SB would have been more knowledgeable). Wasn't Ravannah one of the Myrmidon? So he'd have a more than passable knowledge of both the Myrmidon culture and the immortality of the Heron.

Sorry if this post is a little nonsensical. It's been well over a year since I've ventured into the world of Myth discussion.
