Smeagol suggested that Mazzarin was a shade at that point. But this led to an extended debate, which I haven't read. Seems like it's kind of hard to follow long threads in this board's format, as opposed to HBO's.
I'm also guessing the level concept they're discussing was never made, but I could be wrong.
