Doesn't the Lurker (Bonesplitter) only show up in GURPS Myth? I haven't read the GURPS Myth book, so I can't rightly comment. But I will point out that being the Twice Born and being the Twice-born Daughter of Famine and Flood, to me, sound more different than you would suggest. Perhaps there is some similarity in character backstory, but the titles suggest that there is little direct connection between the characters. This is just a layman's observation, not an educated answer.
