You invoke that Myrdred's third in command (Adviser to the Imperial Adviser to Leitrim) as a reason he's powerful and great and Mazzy would give a hoot in hell for the scrawny little guy in robes with a stick. So, if he'd know Myrdred was a great and powerful avatara with strong secular (if the term's not too badly misused here) authority, he'd also know the rest.
