In Response To: some thoughts (Heron Guard King)
1.A reason for Connacht not knowing Myrdred was a traitor would be, that the knowledge he was given was limited to great events.
2. A reason for Balor not knowing he would be killed, was that once Connacht had died and become The Leveler he may have lost the knowledge from the codex.
3. A reason Connacht got the knowledge may have been because he was The General of the Cath Bruig and Myrdred wasn't, or it could be Connacht was rude and Mazz was punishing him.
