the fallen lords

Hello, my question is simple,

the book of myth II speak about six fallen lords, the most famous are: shiver, deceiver, soulblighter and the watcher, but who are the two others? Who are they? What are they names, their role, why don't they appear in the myth trilogy?

Is it a ground for a future Myth IV?
