I think that Leveler escaped from Balor's head, you can't trap him, he's not human, he's probably God of war or somehing that has great powers, he could teleport his spirit to another man or wait 1000 years and than telepost his spirit in Alric.
Or mb Leveler teleported his spriti to SB? Look, his survive Balor's death(Deceiver too, but he's weak, he was defeated by Durak and another heroes). That he create a great army of undead, seeks Summoner and with his help resurrect myrks. How could a SB, if he was only one of the Fallen Lords(his power depended of Balor's life), be so powerfull? It's obvious he had Leveler spirit inside of him. Ok, but it's true that narrator says(in myth II epilogue) that sb wasn't the Leveler. How could he know it? He was only a warrior or archer, so he hadn't knowedge about Fallen Lords.
