Here's what info I could glean from that preview of GURPS Myth at sjgames.com:
In the Table of Contents, there is "As The Smoke Clears: The Dark: Religion...". So... the dark have something special wrt religion? We know the bre'Unor worship b'Y'laggo and the Ghols worship some dark gods, but what's so big about the Dark and religion?
Also in the ToC, "Sites To See & Sack: Forest Heart: Secrets of the Arbors...". I know arbor means having to do with trees, but what(/who) are "the arbors"?
Apparently Rhi'Anon is part of Avernus. So was Avernus a Trow kingdom?
The cycle is 1,000 years, as most of us have suspected but others have disputed.
Would someone please translated "The Acit El Calendar"?
The ages listed are Axe/Golden (when the Free Cities were settles, and the Trow rose to glory), the Age of Reason (when Trow civilization declined, and Tireces reigned), the Wind Age (when Connacht reigned and the Trow fought the Oghres), the Age of Light (when Balor plotted), and the New Age (with the Great War, 60 years of peace ensued, until Soulblighter attacked). So, this sorta throws our current thoughts on the ages into whack.
I would think that the Axe/Golden Age (obviously a light age) was followed by an unnamed age of horrible darkness, then was the Age of Reason (another light age), then another unnamed age of horrible darkness (when the Krids reigned), then the Wind Age, then the Age of Light thing messes things up a bit - it seems like it would be the Wolf Age by its placement, but Connacht is said to have presided over the Age of Light (TFL Manual), and Balor was plotting during the Age of Light according to GURPS. Whatever the deal with that is, the New Age is the Sword Age. So, aside from the Age Of Light confusion, things make a little sense again. :)
It seems the Dream of Unlife really is out of the bag, as you can raise the dead in GURPS Myth campaigns - and you obviously wouldn't be playing Bahl'al or Balor or Soulblighter.
Mauls may not be inherantly evil, as there is a "Born Bad?" part in their character section. And apparently there is something inherantly terrifying about Myrkridia, as well.
Would someone please translate "Magus Oblige"? I would think it means "obligatory mages".
What does "Eldritch" mean?
"Dreams" are the Dreams of Wyrd. Apparently, Mythworlders cast spells by channeling the dreams of the gods into reality. "Platonic dualism", Ares called it.
In Tales From Myth TFL, the Trow were relieved that Connacht just buried them instead of "returning [them] to the One Dream". I would think, given the above about channeling gods' dreams, that all souls exists in a sort of collective dream-world, the "One Dream", and that the actions of mortals are the dreams of their souls. However, apparently it has something to do with politics of some "inner circle", as well.
Fetch ARE from another dimension, not just a different planet.
It is implied that having power over Fetch - presumably the power to kill them - has something to do with sending them home. So, when Fetch die do they just get whacked back home by Wyrd? If so, why don't they all just rip off their skins, if they want to go home so badly?
Fetch's magic is clerical, like Avataras' seems to be: that is, it is drawn from the dreams of a god or some gods, in the Fetch's case, the ones back in their home dimension.
Fetch are not inherantly evil, they just despise our world because they're stuck here. However, it is implied that the god(s) from which they draw their power might have something against our world, as it is said that GMs would be justified in removing a Fetch's magic abilities because if they can draw power from their gods, then those gods should be able to see what the Fetch are doing in our world and deny them that power.
The M2 Fetch flavors were written by Thirteen Bloody Crocodile.
Eagerly awaiting the full book and the loads of information contained within (I think they should have called THIS the Total Codex),

PS: Milk, did you ever find your "proof" that Fetch definitely are magical energy beings and that their lightning is them zipping out of their skins and back in in a flash? (I think they're humanoid but with weird features, horns and spinal ridges and such, but when Wyrd smites them they are vaporized or something; and that their lightning is a magical ability channeled from their gods).
