I don't think Rabican spoke the name "Moagim" out loud. If he did, then he also said, "Struggled to thought, whisper weakness, vanity vanity." And unless having your souls peeled has roughly the same effect as smearing mescaline onto your eyeballs, that's a little unlikely. IMO Rabican just thought it.
