: not just dug up, but maybe guarded against being found
: because the other fallen knew he was pissed and didn't
: want him to reveal the plans to teh nine. that is why
: they put him in a small sealed barrel. the 9 would
: have lied about the digging him up to the common men
: because they like doom said wanted to mask his

No, The Nine thought that the Head was one of the avatara that served Connacht... they would not lie to each other that it was a Fallen Lord. Or else they would not believe the Head if they thought it was a Fallen Lord....
