Seems fair, but of course I don't know. Even in the actual WWII, did we have snipers and artillery with ranges of several kilometers?

How high up before you hit the Edge of All and find yourself fighting the W'rkncacnter? Maybe the objective is to finally escape it. Maybe you end up communicating with the Thoth-figure who controls the cycles.

fir'Bolg, Berserks, Dwarves, Cath Bruig all interbred into one homogeneous white race? Will other species like Skraels still coexist with humans? Or maybe you consider the Skraels to have been removed from the game world.

Or maybe that sort of stuff depends on the W'rkncacnter which needs to be buried. But then, the Blue Crystal still worked after the nuke went off in PID.

Are Nine Skull Crocodile, Phelot, and some of the other immortals from Myth II still alive? Are there any Dwarf Heron Guard? Has the Journal Writer been keeping a history of the whole thousand years? Maybe he publishes it in some holographic medium now.
Is there something to find in the world of the Tain? Does it lead to the world of PID? Maybe you can bring everyone through there and become the ancestors of Halo/PaS's humans. Maybe you meet up with Sergeant Eddings and create a new timeline that breaks off from Marathon. (I like to assume that causes in later Bungie games can't have effects in earlier ones, or in other words no Bungie game is a prequel, but they could violate that at any time.)
Do you try to assassinate an ultra-powerful Alric who controls a huge high-tech armies and all the magical artifacts of Myth's ages?
Speaking of huge armies, is there a population problem with everyone having to live on one continent?
How deep have we explored the Great Devoid? Even right after Myth II, the Dwarves could try taking a balloon down. There could be clues about the history of the Calleiach or however you spell it.
