About the Nine and Avatara... just because there are nine doesn't mean there is always 9 avatara. Shades could not only be undead avatara but maybe other magic users.
The Faceless man is not Balor... Balor was behead not a sliced face. Balor doesn't count as a Fallen Lord... he is their leader .... he is The Leveler. What about that Demon Lord in Chimera? Could he be a Fallen Lord? Since Chimera is considered the closest thing to an official expansion.
