-Cap Troopers Final tagset
-Wild West tagset
-Bushido tagset
-TFL Nostalgia Pack

I'm sure there's many more good ones. You could probably find most of them at hl.udogs.net or maps.bastardsclan.com/downloads/maps. Other hotline servers have dozens of plugs also.
