In most cases, yes. But keep in mind, this is Myth, not Halo, or MarioBrothers, or even Bill Gates versus PacMac. The chances a bureaucrat would care even if he were told are virtually nonexistent. Downloading music is illegal too, but how many of us have so much as been indicted?
