My one?

Started the party off in two groups. The first began play as commoners, and I spent about two sessions establishing the village they lived in. Then there was a stranger (warrior without any memory of where he'd been), and a plague that gradually killed their loved ones.

At present it's in its 'rumblings' stage. The guys are just trying to find some kind of cure so they can save their few surviving friends.

The other half of the group is about to be sent (along with a group of soldiers) to apprehend the aforementioned party for 'spreading of a plague or infection'. One of the first party had the bright idea to lead a group to a nearby city in search of help.

From there it'll reveal a larger plot, some bad-ass generals (similar to the Fallen Lords), and a war between the Old Gods and the new inhabitants of the world.

And, if you didn't want to know about mine, then damn- I just typed a lot of crap. :-P
