Yes but som,etimes we hear about seventh Legion, yes it is in myth 2, but i don't think that there alot of changes in army Since Great War. I mean that in TFL there were more than one Legion and all of them was part of whole Legion(light north army of province).
I'm not sure i can demostrate it, but still it was what i frist thought about Legion.
