In desolusions i'have found some information about it:
Shiver / The Voiceless One (Culwyeh / Ravanna), Mother of Plagues, First Lady of the Fallen / Loveless Child of the Unwed Dawn
Before myth 3 in asylum all(i think so) thought that Culwyeh was Shiver, or shiver was one of Culwyeh, and wights her creation. When myth 3 went out we all saw Ravanna(Shiver good in wolf age) and we also saw wights, so all became to conclusion that she wasn't Culwyeh. She wasn't wights creator. So this question is mistery for us. I haven't heard nothing about Culwyeh in myth 3.
