Actually, you proved yourself wrong on this one, so all I have to do is a few quotes from the (thankfully complete) archives.
In the thread "Identities of the fallen" (near the bottom) you posted a message summarizing the thoughts of varous posters, and at the end of the message you said:

I guess we can forgive you for forgetting about the fact that Balor = Bahl'al, after all, it's been 70 years (or maybe the archive dates are screwed up? Or i'm insane.)
*We can assume that the Watcher is an Ancient Evil (he's been around a helluva long time), so i guess this means Shiver is either Bonesplitter or The Faceless Man (which SHE isn't). Another possibility is that Shiver is the Voiceless One, having a whisper dream etc. (although she'd have to be an ancient evil) and the Watcher could be Bonesplitter (he gnawed off his arm, that kinda counts?) but he was not turned from the light, so I doubt this.
As stated above seems to make the most sense.
