The reson I started this thread was to uncover who was in control at Gower. If all of the Fallen Lords are dead, then it seems that Alric would clearly be able to reign supreme with little to nothing that could stop him.
We do know that the Fallen Lords died in this order:
1) Shiver
2) Watcher
3) Balor (not a Fallen Lord, but still important)

4) Shiver (made corporeal by the Tramist's Mirror)
5) Deceiver (technically died after Shiver died again)
6) Soulblighter

At the after the Great War, when most of the Fallen Lords were hunted down and destroyed there were still possibly four of them around. Soulblighter, who escaped; the Deceiver, who's army was destroyed and body lost in the Dramus River; and the two unseen Fallen Lords.
Since it says most but not all, that would incur that at least one of the unseen Fallen Lords was destroyed, but not necessarily both. Taking Soulblighter (who escaped) out of the equation, that leaves three Fallen Lords. Most would mean the majority but not all, so two out of three would qualify. The Deceiver was among those two who were thought killed, so that leaves one of the unseen Fallen Lords as dead and one as alive.
Now in my original post I wanted to know who was in charge at Gower. So from this deduction it would show that one of the unseen Fallen Lords managed to escape and is now holding rule over the minions of the Dark, possibly at Gower. I doubt that the Dark could remain organized without someone in charge, so that shows the necessity for a prominent figure but not necessarily a Fallen Lord. So someone is still running the show at Gower. I would prefer to think of it as the last Fallen Lord and not some big-shot evil guy, but I guess both would work out alright.
