Also, this one is ancient, I have no clue if it works, but it has all the major TFL utils from the golden days (If you can't download one/find a specific one let me know, if it's for Mac I have it)

Granted these may be missing a bunch of stuff, but what's missing is mostly obscure & not as useful as say, MythTech was for its time. Hopefully the documented TFL Bungie tools (TagEdit, Loathing, Extractor, Fear) that the uDogs have can be of use to you. If not try "Ichor" by Nekricide, it's a dual purpose M2SB and TFL editor.
