Oh, very good quote, but here is the one that I had in mind:

This does bring about a slight discrepency between how the Watcher was actually freed from under the Cloudspine. Considering that the Silvermines passage was told from old stories, I would say that it has less cedibility than the actual Watcher passage. But it would seem that the Watcher did in fact kill Mazzarin before Connacht imprisoned him under the Cloudspine.
